Who runs unlokt
unlokt is operated by a Romania-registered SRL (the data controller under GDPR). Full company details are available on request to privacy@unlokt.fit.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address
- Which form you submitted (hero, footer CTA, or thank-you page)
- The HTTP referrer (which page you arrived from)
- Your browser's user agent string
- The timestamp of your signup
We do not collect IP addresses or any other identifying information.
Why we collect it
To email you about unlokt's launch and occasional product updates. Nothing else. We will never sell or rent your email.
Where we store it
Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region). Access is restricted to unlokt's founders.
Cookies
None from us. We use Plausible Analytics for visitor counts; Plausible is cookieless and does not collect personal information.
Error reporting
If something on the site crashes for you, an anonymised error report is sent to Sentry (a third-party tool that helps us fix bugs). We have configured Sentry to NOT collect your IP address, cookies, or request headers. The report contains: the error message, the JavaScript stack trace, the URL where the crash happened, and your browser version.
Future app data
When the unlokt app launches, your workout data may be sent to third-party AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs — to generate achievement text and voice clips. The app will ask for explicit per-provider consent during onboarding, in line with Apple's App Store guideline 5.1.2(i) (November 2025). This website does not currently share any data with those providers.
Your rights (GDPR / CPRA)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@unlokt.fit.
